Why use radar instead of more cameras?
Radar covers wide open areas from one point and is not affected by darkness, rain or fog; cameras then confirm the target.
What is a radar PTZ camera?
A unit that combines a radar with a PTZ camera, so detection and visual confirmation come from one device.
Is a barrier radar the same as a security radar?
No. A barrier radar only checks the space under a parking arm; see the vehicle access page.
