Who handles the information. IS Distributions Sdn. Bhd., Kuching, Sarawak, receives information submitted through its wholesale enquiry and ticket forms.
What we collect. Depending on the request, this may include your name, company, phone number, email, delivery area, product models, quantities, order or warranty references, messages and approved attachments.
Why we use it. We use the information to receive, verify, route, respond to and keep a record of your wholesale enquiry, product question, order query, warranty/RMA matter, complaint or dealer request; to prevent abuse; and to maintain service and security records.
Who may receive it. Information may be handled by authorised IS Distributions staff and approved service providers needed to operate hosting, email, messaging, security or support functions. It is not sent to advertising analytics as customer-identifying data.
WhatsApp and marketing. Permission for WhatsApp service updates is separate from this service notice. Marketing permission is separate again. Declining marketing or analytics does not prevent a normal enquiry.
Retention and deletion. Records are kept only for the operational, legal, security and accounting needs confirmed by the business. A fixed retention period is not stated here until the business owner approves one.
Your choices. Use the company contact page to ask about access, correction, withdrawal of optional consent, or deletion where applicable. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed.
